RHA-Recruiting was founded after years of firsthand experience working in fast-paced service desk environments. We saw the impact poor hiring decisions had — candidates who looked good on paper but couldn’t handle the role, leaving quickly or creating more stress for already busy teams.

After successfully helping place the right people into IT roles, we saw a recurring problem in the industry — and built our solution around it.

Based in Luton, we’ve worked across both internal IT departments and managed service provider (MSP) environments, so we understand exactly what’s needed for support roles to succeed.
